TRUE Fitness was chosen to equip two new corporate fitness facilities for RSA Insurance Group at offices in Manchester and London.

 

TRUE worked in partnership with SeventyFive, the new wellbeing consultancy from the team at URBANFITNESS London, to advise on the design of the facilities, both of which were newly created spaces as part of the redevelopment of the buildings. 

 

The two gyms were equipped with a range of TRUE cardio, strength, and functional training equipment, to meet the needs of the gyms’ wide-ranging users.

 

The Atlas Group Training System – TRUE’s customisable storage solution to support individual and small group training programmes – was incorporated into both facilities, with a range of functional training accessories.   

 

The TRUE Functional Trainer, half rack and benches were also installed, alongside treadmills, ellipticals and upright cycles from TRUE’s 400 series, all with EMERGE II LED consoles. 

 

Equipment from Octane Fitness was also supplied, with the Ro and ADX fan bike expanding the facilities’ cardio offering with performance-driven equipment designed to enhance the user experience. A division of TRUE Fitness since 2020, Octane has revolutionised the standing ellipticals market, with high-performance products and innovative exercise solutions.  

 

Both gyms are also home to the TRUE Stretch Cage. A revolutionary concept unique to TRUE Fitness, the Stretch Cage uses the natural approach to stretching to allow users to perform stretch variations that engage the full body, specific target areas and different needs.
